Restricted Truck Traffic 03-4
ORDINANCE NO. 2003-4
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING RESTRICTED TRUCK TRAFFIC IN RURAL HUGHES COUNTY, SOUTH DAKOTA.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of Hughes County, that the following portions of road are established as no through truck zones for trucks over 12,000 pounds GVW:
SECTION 1:
Beginning at the intersection of SD Hwy 1804 and 205th Street near the northwest corner of Section 21-T111N-R79W thence east 2 miles to the intersection of 205th Street and 292 Avenue near the northeast corner of Section 22-T111N-R79W also known as Range Road in rural Hughes County, South Dakota
SECTION 2:
Beginning at the intersection of US Hwy 14 and 292 Avenue near the southeast corner of Section 22-T111N-R79W thence north 1 mile to the intersection of 292 Avenue and 205th Street near the northeast corner of Section 22-T111N-R79W also known as Kingsway Road in rural Hughes County, South Dakota.
SECTION 3: Violations of said ordinance shall be subject to penalties pursuant to SDCL 7-18A-2.
